Due to recent growth, Grand Timber Lodge was looking to streamline their business operations and learn how to better utilize their data to make more intelligent decisions. In addition to their need to migrate from TimeShareWare 8 to TimeShareWare Enterprise Edition, the resort wanted the ability to send a tour confirmation emails in HTML format to their incoming guests highlighting everything from air travel plans to confirmation of their lodging stay. Grand Timber Lodge wanted the ability to send this email to their guests, utilizing software they had already purchased.

Solution:
Kleere not only helped walk Grand Timber Lodge through a seamless TimeShareWare migration, we also helped them develop the HTML email application they so greatly desired to improve communications with their prospects and guests.

Within the software was as an email button to send "text-only" email confirmations to their guests. Since we could not modify the software to change the action of the button, we had to find another way to send an HTML image through email. When the button is depressed, an SQL Stored Procedure is executed. The Stored Procedure was modified to send the HTML email and the solution was born.
